The following outlines our approach to processing and delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours.

This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed:

  • United States: 4–9 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–9 business days

  • Canada: 5–9 business days

  • Australia: 5–9 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–9 business days

  • Ireland: 5–12 business days

  • United Arab Emirates: 6–10 business days

  • Singapore: 6–10 business days

  • Europe: 4-9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled or amended within 3 hours of placement.

After this window, orders move into processing and can no longer be changed.

Once shipped, any requests must be handled through our returns process.

Address Details

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.

Centusi is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details.

Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered once confirmed by the carrier.

Packages may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, in line with standard delivery practices.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your order, we recommend checking with those around you and your local carrier.

Unclaimed or Refused Orders

If a package is unclaimed or refused, return shipping and handling costs may apply.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection covers loss or damage during transit only.

It does not cover items after delivery has been confirmed.

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers may return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

To start a return, email support@centusi.com with your order number. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Once received, we’ll refund the item and standard delivery cost to your original payment method.
